"Port Invest" LTD. has been registered as a private limited liability company with its registered office at: Ruse, 2, "Otets Paisiy" Square. Its principal activities include the implementation of activities of a port operator; provision of port services, chartering and transport-forwarding activity; commercial navigation on river, sea and related inland waterways, including carriage of goods by waterway and combined transport; transportation of passengers and luggage; rental and leasing of ships, other vessels and other means of transport; towing and pushing of vessels and cargo; ship supply, carrying out of river, marine services and other ancillary commercial and technical activities and operations associated with the Merchant Navy; commercial representation, brokerage and ship agency; home and foreign trade; ship repair for own and other needs; investment and engineering, research and development; training and qualification of personnel; other types of business for which there is no statutory prohibition.

By Decision № 49 of 24.01.2013 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria, "Port Invest" Ltd. has been determined as a Concessionaire of the "Port Terminal Lom", part of the port for public transport of national importance, Lom. Under the concluded concession contract, "Port Invest" Ltd. owns the rights of a single port operator of the Port of Lom.

"Port Invest" Ltd. has been inscribed in the Register of port operators in Bulgaria and has held a Certificate № 70/09.05.2013 for the registration of a port operator. The Company has been inscribed in the Register kept by the State Agency for Metrology and Technical Surveillance of the entities performing activities on maintenance, repair and modification of high-risk facilities, as an entity that performs maintenance, repair and overhaul of hoisting cranes; hoisting electric carts running on overhead tracks that are not mounted on hoisting cranes; electric hoists that are not mounted on hoist cranes; excavators designed to work with a hook, grab or an electromagnet; lifting accessories; hanging baskets for lifting persons; mobile workstations.

In its effort to offer products, production processes and services with the same consistent quality conforming to national and international standards, in order to achieve continuous improvement of its management activities and work process and aiming to maximize the satisfaction of its customers' requirements, "Port Invest" Ltd. has had implemented and effective quality management systems, environment management system, occupational healthy and safety system. The company is certified in accordance with international standards ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and BS OHSAS 18001:2007.
